This week sees the return of The Sandman on Netflix with Volume 2 (that’s episodes 7-11), along with the fourth and final season of Acapulco on Apple TV+. Countdown hits its mid-season mark on Prime Video, while gentle sports comedy Stick comes to an end. See below for further details on these and other TV highlights from the week ahead.
MONDAY
The Librarians (TNT): When Vikram attempts to return to 1847 via a homemade time machine, in “And Going Medieval” he inadvertently travels the entire team back to the days of King Arthur, where they learn the truth about a Knight of the Round Table, Camelot, and … Elaine.
WEDNESDAY
Acapulco (Apple TV+): The show returns for a fourth and final season. In season four, present-day Máximo (Eugenio Derbez) works tirelessly to restore Las Colinas to its former glory before the grand reopening. In 1986, when a competitor claims the number one spot in the annual ranking of Acapulco’s “Best Hotels,” young Máximo (Enrique Arrizon) will do whatever it takes to get back on top and secure Las Colinas’s future.
Episode 1: “Waterfalls” — As Maximo prepares for the hotel reopening, he recounts his first challenge as head of operations. In 1986, Memo and Lorena brace for parenthood.
Episode 2: “Rome If You Want To” — When harsh new rules are imposed on the staff, Maximo and Chad each try to address the tension. Esteban and Nora investigate a neighbor’s death.
The Buccaneers (Apple TV+): In “Every Single Piece of My Heart” tensions are set aside—for now—to help Jinny fight for her freedom.
Countdown (Prime Video): Episode 7. While the team splits up to pursue a trio of new leads in “Nothing Else Helps”, consul general Astapov’s security detail attempts to persuade Volchek to abandon his plans… by force.
Stick (Apple TV+): Season Finale. In “Déjà Vu All Over Again” on the last day of the tournament, an unexpected visitor shakes things up while Santi’s golf dreams hang in the balance.

THURSDAY
And Just Like That… (HBO): Episode 9.
Revival (Syfy): In “Too Many Secrets” with Wausau under martial law, Wayne struggles to shield his daughters from the rising chaos, while a shocking ally emerges and changes the course of the investigation.
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (Paramount+): Episode 3. “Shuttle to Kenfori” — Pike and M’Benga enter disputed Klingon space to find a cure for Batel, as M’Benga’s past resurfaces on a planet swarming with deadly creatures.
The Sandman (Netflix): Volume 2 premieres today, consisting of episodes 7-11. (Don’t miss the bonus episode on July 31!)

Foundation (Apple TV+): An unexpected alliance is formed. Pritcher, Bayta, and Toran come face-to-face with the Mule. Demerzel seeks spiritual guidance.
