MONDAY APRIL 6 TO SUNDAY APRIL 12

It’s a week of finales and returns in TV land as we enter the second week of April.

Hacks returns for its fifth and sadly final season this Thursday. The 10-episode season will debut new episodes weekly, with two new episodes on April 30 and May 7, leading up to the series finale on Thursday, May 28.

The Boys is likewise back for a fifth and final season, kicking open the door to its last bow with two back-to-back episodes on Wednesday, followed by weekly releases of the 8-episode season every Wednesday until the series finale on May 20, 2026.

Over on Netflix, Schitts Creek star Dan Levy heads Big Mistakes with Taylor Ortega. The pair play two inept siblings who find themselves on the wrong side of the law, and somehow keep digging!

On the finales front, FOX is airing Broadcast’s first big finales of the season this week, as Patrick Dempsey’s Memory of a Killer, and comedy series Best Medicine both complete their respective seasons.

Both Best Medicine and medical drama Doc (which airs a double episode finale next week), have been renewed for Season 3, while the fate of Memory of a Killer and Murder in a Small Town continue to dangle. (Broadcast Networks rarely ‘announce’ cancelations unless the decision heralds an upcoming final season first, so stick with TV Pulse for more in the coming weeks on everything that’s coming back for another round, and everything that’s not. And if you’re really curious about the 2025/26 Broadcast slate, we recently talked about why and how shows get cancelled here.)
