Gen V returns September 17, 2025 on Prime Video.

The unhinged spinoff to The Boys, featuring young Supes in training, sees school back in session in Season 2, along with a new Dean taking the reins at Godolkin University — under Homelander’s watchful eye, of course.

As you might recall, at the end of the show’s first season Cate and Sam, radicalized by their discoveries, free the Supes imprisoned in “The Woods”, the secret lab beneath Godolkin University where prisoners are subjected to horrific experiments. The duo lead a violent uprising, attacking non-Supe staff. Marie, Andre, Emma, and Jordan fight to stop them, with Marie using her blood powers to incapacitate Cate. Homelander unexpectedly arrives, blaming Marie and her friends for the chaos. He attacks Marie, and the group — Marie, Andre, Emma, and Jordan — ends up imprisoned in a mysterious Vought facility. Meanwhile, Cate and Sam are hailed as heroes, dubbed the new “Guardians of Godolkin.”

Per Prime Video — As the rest of America adjusts to Homelander’s iron fist, back at Godolkin University, the mysterious new Dean preaches a curriculum that promises to make students more powerful than ever.

Cate and Sam are celebrated heroes, while Marie, Jordan, and Emma reluctantly return to college, burdened by months of trauma and loss.

But parties and classes are hard to care about with war brewing between Humans and Supes, both on and off campus.

The gang learns of a secret program that goes back to the founding of Godolkin University that may have larger implications than they realize. And, somehow, Marie is a part of it.

Season Two stars Jaz Sinclair as Marie Moreau, Lizze Broadway as Emma Meyer, Maddie Phillips as Cate Dunlap, London Thor as Jordan Li, Derek Luh as Jordan Li, Asa Germann as Sam Riordan, and Sean Patrick Thomas as Polarity, and joining the cast for Season 2 is Hamish Linklater as Dean Cipher.
