Apple TV heads into June with a couple of heavy hitters.

Starting June 5 is Cape Fear, a tense miniseries based on the 1862/1991 films of the same name, and starring Javier Bardem, Amy Adams, and Patrick Wilson as the trio at the center of the drama.

Then on June 19 Sugar returns for a second season. (If you’re not caught up on the mother of all spoilers that unfolded in the Season One Finale, you may want to do so before the second season drops.) Colin Farrell returns for a new case as the softly spoken John sugar, PI and man with a very secret past.

And if you feel you need to catch your breath after all that tension there’s always Season 2 of Camp Snoopy, on June 26. What more can we add?

Details, trailers (where available) and air dates all below.

CAPE FEAR

(June 5)

Inspired by the 1991 remake, a storm is coming for happily married attorneys Anna (Amy Adams) and Tom Bowden (Patrick Wilson) when Max Cady (Javier Bardem), the notorious killer they are responsible for putting behind bars, is let out of prison — and he wants vengeance.

SUGAR SEASON 2

(June 19)

Sugar Season 2

In Season 2, Farrell’s John Sugar returns for a new case, tracking the troubled older brother of an up-and-coming local boxer as his search for his beloved missing sister Jen continues.

As the investigation expands into a citywide conspiracy with sinister intentions, Sugar must reckon with himself to answer the question — how far will he go to do what’s right? In addition to Farrell, the second season of Sugar introduces a brand-new cast, including Jin Ha, Raymond Lee, Tony Dalton, Laura Donnelly, Sasha Calle and special guest star Shea Whigham.

The series returns with one episode, followed by one new episode weekly, every Friday through August 7.

CAMP SNOOPY SEASON 2

(June 26)

After discovering their troop is in danger of disbanding, Snoopy and the Beagle Scouts set off to immerse themselves in nature and the Great Outdoors to earn their badges, with the Beagle Scout Manual as their guide. Meanwhile, Charlie Brown and friends enjoy their summer at Camp Spring Lake, crossing paths with Snoopy as they experience hiking, swimming, sitting around campfires and everything summer camp and the outdoors have to offer.
