April is just around the corner and that means a fresh wave of Xbox Game Pass reveals, in addition to weekly Catalog drops, and the occasional quiet departure.

While we usually have to wait until early April to know exactly what’s planned for Game Pass, we can confirm the following early April arrivals: 2025’s Game of the Year Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, retro goodness in the form of Final Fantasy IV, and for the younger ones (or the just young at heart) cosy horse riding sim Barbie Horse Trails.

Later in the month we can expect a number of Day One drops including cinematic pixel-art, cyberpunk, thriller Replaced, DON’T NOD’s new sci-fi action thriller Aphelion, pottery smashing co-op mischief in Kiln, and more.
