CBS has set out a series of post-strike premiere dates for a now sadly truncated 2023/24 Primetime lineup. With a deal finally struck between Hollywood studios, writers, and actors Networks are now free to make plans for seasonal returns of fan-favorite shows (Hello, NCIS: Hawaii, Fire Country, S.W.A.T., FBI, and more!) as well as premiering 2 new series — Tracker and Elsbeth — for 2024.

Tracker, starring (and executive Produced by) This is Us star Justin Hartley premieres Sunday, Feb. 11, in the coveted post-Super Bowl timeslot. The series follows Colter Shaw, a lone-wolf survivalist who roams the country as a reward seeker, using his expert tracking skills to help private citizens and law enforcement solve all manner of mysteries while contending with his own fractured family. The series is based on the bestselling novel The Never Game by Jeffery Deaver.

Meanwhile Elsbeth (premiering Thursday, Feb. 29 at 10:00 PM) stars Emmy Award winner Carrie Preston as Elsbeth Tascioni, an astute but unconventional attorney who utilizes her singular point of view to make unique observations and corner brilliant criminals alongside the NYPD. After leaving her successful legal career in Chicago to tackle a new investigative role in New York City, Elsbeth finds herself jockeying with the toast of the NYPD, Captain C.W. Wagner (Wendell Pierce), a charismatic and revered leader. Working alongside Elsbeth is Officer Kaya Blanke (Carra Patterson), a stoic and ethical officer who quickly develops an appreciation for Elsbeth’s insightful and offbeat ways. The series is based on the character featured in The Good Wife and The Good Fight.

However, the previously announced legal drama Matlock, starring Kathy Bates, and Poppa’s House, a comedy starring Damon Wayans and Damon Wayans Jr., are currently planned to air during the 2024-2025 broadcast season
