SURPRISE WITNESS

Detectives Brady and Riley face a high-pressure investigation in Thursday’s new episode of Law & Order when a talented music student, celebrated for their brilliance, is found murdered on a quiet route home from school, thrusting them into a maze of potential rivals with motives rooted in envy and ambition.

As they meticulously sift through a roster of peers and associates, each with their own secrets, the detectives uncover tensions that threaten to unravel the case.

Meanwhile, in the courtroom, ADA Nolan Price braces for a contentious trial, only to be thrown off balance when the defense reveals a witness list featuring an unexpected name — one with ties that could complicate the prosecution.

The episode is titled “Hindsight” and it airs Thursday, Oct. 2 (08:00PM – 09:00PM) on NBC.
