Welcome to 2026, and Brilliant Minds’ first new episode of the year.

Tonight’s “The Boy Who Feels Everything” sees Dr. Wolf and the team coming together as one of their own fights for their life.

December’s Fall Finale really packed in the reveals and surprises, but chief among them was more on Charlie’s (Brian Altemus) backstory, and why he’s so mean, not just to the interns, but Wolf in particular.

The truth about Charlie, and why he specifically wanted to work with Wolf in the first place comes out, with Charlie revealing how doctors gave his mother false hope regarding her recovery, only for her to die, followed by his father to alcoholism, shortly after. Not only is Charlie firmly against Wolf’s treatment philosophy, but is determined to “break” him by any means possible. The cliffhanger end saw Wolf racing to an address where his own Dad was supposedly living, prompting him to break in when no one answered. (We suspect this isn’t going to end well!)

Meanwhile, a major car crash on the way to the gala left Michelle in questionable circumstances.
