There’s a Manifest reunion happening on NBC’s The Hunting Party on April 2.
The serial killer thriller welcomes Josh Dallas, star of NBC and Netflix’s Manifest. Dallas joins former Manifest star and Hunting Party lead Melissa Roxburgh in episode 8, “Elliot Carr.”
The pair may have played siblings on Manifest, but their relationship on The Hunting Party’s upcoming installment is anything but amicable.
Dallas takes on the role of Elliot Carr, also known as The Connecticut Cobbler — which might have been the name of a friendly dessert on any other show. But this is no other show, and here Carr is a New Haven shoemaker and purveyor of leather goods made from the skins of exotic and endangered species — elephants, sting-rays, Eastern Black Rhino, and people.
”He was a man among men. Until he was a shoe,” quips Carr in one of the hour’s more sinister moments that flashes back to his time in the Pit.
Bex and the team are alerted to Carr’s case when the Connecticut Cobbler strikes again! However, via flashbacks to Carr’s inhuman treatment during his time at the shady prison facility, the waters surrounding his intentions this time around are quickly muddied. What has driven Carr to kill again, and why?

Meanwhile, the hour also follows Shane’s emotional journey following the recent discovery about the identity of his mother, Eve Lazarus. The hour will see Shane and his Pit Mom making a tentative connections, with misgivings from both Bex and Jacob.
Dallas played Ben Stone, brother to Melissa Roxburgh’s Michaela Stone on Manifest, a supernatural mystery drama series that ran for 4 seasons from 2018 to 2023 on NBC, and later on Netflix. Dallas also starred in ABC’s fantasy romance Once Upon a Time, and in the movies Zootopia and Zootopia 2.
Along with Roxburgh, The Hunting Party’s cast includes Patrick Sabongui, Josh McKenzie Sara Garcia, and Kari Matchett.
