THE BATTLE FOR THE SOUL OF NEW YORK BEGINS
Matt Murdoch and his alter ego Daredevil return this March for more madness and mayhem in Daredevil: Born Again. An eight-episode second season promises to explore how New York City fares under the boot-heel of its newly elected mayor, Wilson Fisk.
Marvel teases that in season 2, Mayor Wilson Fisk crushes New York City underfoot as he hunts down public enemy number one, the Hell’s Kitchen vigilante known as Daredevil. But beneath the horned mask, Matt Murdock will try to fight back from the shadows to tear down the Kingpin’s corrupt empire and redeem his home. Resist. Rebel. Rebuild.
The series stars Charlie Cox as tMatt Murdock, Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Ayelet Zurer as Vanesa Fisk, Wilson Bethel as Benjamin Poindexter/Bullseye, and Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn.
This season also marks the return of Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones in addition to introducing Matthew Lillard as the mysterious Mr. Charles.
Daredevil: Born Again is created by Dario Scardapane, Chris Ord, and Matt Corman, and will premiere its second season on March 24 at 6 p.m. PT, on Disney+.
