The announcement builds on previously revealed series orders for the 2026–2027 season, which already featured a strong mix of returning hits and new entries. Those earlier orders include Boston Blue, CBS’ #1 new series and CBS’ top-rated Friday night show, as well as Sheriff Country, currently ranked as CBS’ #2 new series.
Also returning are long-running procedural FBI, CBS’ top-rated Monday night entertainment program, and breakout comedy Ghosts, which stands as CBS’ #2 comedy. CBS has also greenlit two new series, Cupertino and Einstein, further rounding out its upcoming slate.
