Via a brand new teaser trailer, Showtime presents our first good look at Dexter: New Blood, a 10 episode event series coming our way on Nov. 7 2021.
Starring Michael C. Hall, the new series is set 10 years after Dexter went missing in the eye of Hurricane Laura.
Now we learn that Dex is living under an assumed name in the fictional small town of Iron Lake, New York. He may be embracing his new life, but in the wake of unexpected events in this close-knit community, Dexter’s Dark Passenger inevitably beckons.
Also returning is original Dexter star Jennifer Carpenter as Dexter’s sister Deb in a new iteration. Jack Alcott also stars as Dexter’s teenage son Harrison, who mysteriously returns to Dexter’s life after 10 years apart. The cast also features Julia Jones (The Mandalorian), Alano Miller (Sylvie’s Love), Johnny Sequoyah (Believe) and Clancy Brown (The Crown, Billions).
Produced by Showtime, Dexter: New Blood is executive produced by Clyde Phillips, Michael C. Hall, Scott Reynolds, Marcos Siega, Bill Carraro, John Goldwyn and Sara Colleton.
