A CADAVER’S SECRET
In the March 2 episode of Watson, titled “Patient Question Mark,” Dr. Sasha is confronted with a puzzling medical case that takes an unexpected turn.
When she examines a current patient suffering from advanced cancers and unusual tongue lesions characteristic of Cowden syndrome, she experiences a startling moment of recognition.
The patient’s condition bears a striking resemblance to that of a cadaver she dissected years ago in medical school. Determined to uncover the truth, Sasha and the team follow the mysterious connection, leading them deep into Amish country, where long-held traditions and secrecy complicate their investigation.
As the case unfolds, the team must navigate cultural barriers and uncover hidden family histories to determine whether genetics, environmental factors, or something more sinister is at play. Meanwhile, tensions rise as personal stakes emerge, pushing Sasha to question the ethical implications of her findings.
Written by Teresa Tuan and directed by Ron Underwood, this episode of Watson airs Sunday, March 2 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and is available for streaming on Paramount+.
