A RACE AGAINST TIME

The Irrational returns tonight for season 2, with the premiere episode “Collateral Damage” picking up on a season one cliffhanger ending that saw Rose abducted by persons unknown.

Alec and the team (sans Phoebe) put it together that this is no ordinary kidnapping, and with Rose leaving a series of clues as to her whereabouts, they being to close in on the perpetrator.

However, when a cognitive study by Rizwan confirms that the kidnapper’s motive is pure revenge, and that Alec will likely have no way to dissuade him from his murderous plan, he realizes he will have to find another, more dangerous route to stopping him, and saving Rose.

Meanwhile, all may not be well with Phoebe’s new position with Professor Meyers, and X settles into her role with the FBI.

The “Collateral Damage” episode of The Irrational airs Tuesday, October 8 (10-11p.m. ET/PT) on NBC.
