Peacemaker continues this Thursday with episode 3, “Another Rick Up My Sleeve.”
As A.R.G.U.S. and Rick Flag Snr. intensify their investigation into Peacemaker, the hour will see Chris getting to grips with all the perks the alternate reality has to offer, including a loving father and brother, a version of Harcourt who actually wants him, the superhero persona he desperately craves, and a pretty kick-ass ride.
What could possibly go wrong?
This season Michael Rooker (Guardians of the Galaxy, The Walking Dead) joins the cast as an eagle hunter, no doubt sent in to take out Eagly, following last week’s savage (but hilarious) attack on the bird-blind Agent Fleury (Tom Meadows) and his team. With Chris so preoccupied with masquerading as his AU self in the other reality, will Eagly be left to fend for himself? Do not touch a feather on that bird’s head, James Gunn!
Meanwhile, as Chris eases into his superhero role, his perplexed brother comments that he’s been “disappearing even more than usual” lately. What was AU Chris up to? And more importantly, when will it come back to bite Chris Prime in the ass?
