Sam Hanna returns to NCIS on April 21 in “After the Storm.”
The hour sees a trio of combat vets found murdered in a D.C. motel room.
However, when NCIS investigates by tracking down a suspect they refuse to talk to anyone but Sam Hanna (LL COOL J).
“After the Storm” was written by Matthew Lau, and Sydney Mitchel, and directed by Diana Valentine.
