NCIS: Origins kicks off a special 2-part storyline, crossing decades and TV shows, to conclude on NCIS on Tuesday, Nov. 11.

The first part of this special 2-parter begins when a naval officer mysteriously dies in the ‘90s, and Gibbs (Austin Stowell) and the team travel to the small dust-blown town of Serenity, California to investigate.

There they encounter secret-harboring residents, an uncooperative sheriff and an investigation that will reverberate for decades.

The hour sees Mark Harmon returning to the role of Gibbs in a special guest appearance.

Part One of the crossover “Funny How Time Slips Away” begins Tuesday, Nov. 11 at 8:00PM on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+, and concludes with “Now and Then” at 9:00 PM.

With a story from Gina Lucita Monreal & David J. North, and a teleplay by David J. North & Brendan Fehily, “Funny How Time Slips Away” was directed by Niels Arden Oplev.
