It’s another week of finales and premieres. We say goodbye to Apple TV’s Tatiana Maslany-starring Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed when the series airs its tenth and final episode on Wednesday. Will Paula be exonerated? Will smug Karl and Mallory get their comeuppance? Will we ever find out more about the shady operation behind the secret blackmail ring? Tune in and find out.
But Apple TV giveth as well as taketh-awayeth. This week, Anya Taylor-Joy steps into the shoes of a young woman who must learn to embrace her criminal past in order to escape it in the premiere of new crime drama Lucky.
If you’re looking for something sillier, then you might be interested in Prime Video’s Ride or Die, a spy comedy starring Olivia Spencer and Hannah Waddingham as a couple of best friends who’s relationship is strained (to say the least) when one is revealed to be a professional assassin.
Meanwhile over on Netflix, Will Ferrell stars in new comedy series Hawk. Ferrel’s Lonnie Hawkins is an aging pro golfer with designs to go out in one final blaze of golf history glory. If his aging body will allow it.
All that and the usual House of the Dragon, Silo, Sugar, and more.
Here’s this week’s TV slate in full.
