Move over Dean and Sam Winchester! There’s a new supernatural bounty hunter in town, and he’s just as gritty, irreverent, and adrenaline-soaked as you might expect from a Prime Video and Blumhouse team up.

New series The Bondsman, from Blumhouse Television and Amazon MGM Studios, hits Prime Video on April 3.

Starring Kevin Bacon (MaXXXine, City on a Hill), the new series follows the unlucky Hub Halloran, a murdered bounty hunter, who’s back from the dead after being resurrected by the Devil to trap and send back demons that have escaped from the prison of Hell.

By chasing down those demons, with the help and hindrance of his estranged family, Hub learns how his own sins got his soul condemned — which pushes him to seek a second chance at life, love, and country music.

The series also stars Jennifer Nettles (The Righteous Gemstones, The Exorcist), Damon Herriman (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Justified), Beth Grant (No Country for Old Men, Donnie Darko), Maxwell Jenkins (Arcadian, Lost in Space), and Jolene Purdy (The White Lotus, Orange is the New Black).

All eight episodes will be available on April 3, 2025, exclusively on Prime Video.

The Bondsman is from Blumhouse Television, Marker 96, CrimeThink Production Company, and Amazon MGM Studios.

Executive producers include Erik Oleson, who also serves as showrunner, Jason Blum, Jeremy Gold, Chris Dickie, and Chris McCumber for Blumhouse Television, Kevin Bacon, Paul E. Shapiro, and Grainger David, who created the series.

Erik Holmberg serves as co-executive producer.
