It’s that time of the year again.

ABC has just announced renewals for 5 primetime shows.

The Rookie, 9-1-1, Grey’s Anatomy, Will Trent, and comedy series Shifting Gears will all return with new seasons as part of the Network’s primetime slate for 2025/26.

The shows join the previously announced Abbott Elementary, and High Potential.

Also on the slate for later this year is 9-1-1: Nashville, a spin-off starring NCIS: Los Angeles star Chris O’Donnell.

At the time of writing, only the fate of Doctor Odyssey, ABC’s flamboyant and provocative medical drama set onboard a cruise liner, remains unknown.

The series currently averages about 4.9 million weekly viewers.

ABC’s current audience puts High Potential at the top of its most viewed primetime TV shows (Live +7 Days). Will Trent follows in the #2 spot, followed by 9-1-1 in third place, The Rookie in fourth, Doctor Odyssey in fifth, and the geriatric Grey’s Anatomy in sixth place.
