NBC’s mid-season sees Magnum P.I. officially switching networks. The procedural drama, which was cancelled by CBS after four seasons amid the network’s failure to reach an agreement with rights holder CBS Studios and Universal Television, was later picked up by NBC with a two-season, twenty-episode order, which kicks off on Feb. 19.
The show will share Sunday nights with new missing persons drama Found.
Meanwhile, new comedy series Night Court finally premieres on Tuesday, Jan. 17.
New Amsterdam returns from hiatus on Jan. 3 for the remainder of its final run, with a special hour hour finale also set for Tuesday, Jan. 17.
Wednesdays remain unchanged with Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, and Chicago P.D. filling the schedule. Similarly, Law and Order, Law and Order: SVU, and Law and Order: Organized Crime are set to dominate Thursday nights from Wednesday, Jan. 4.
La Brea and Quantum Leap hold on to their respective nights. Meanwhile, The Blacklist returns for a tenth season and a new time slot from Sunday, Feb. 26, 2023.

Unapologetic optimist judge Abby Stone, the daughter of the late Harry Stone, follows in her father’s footsteps as she presides over the night shift of a Manhattan arraignment court and tries to bring order to its crew of oddballs and cynics, most notably former night court prosecutor Dan Fielding.

MAGNUM P.I. (Drama)
Magnum P.I. is a modern take on the classic series centering on Thomas Magnum, a decorated former Navy SEAL who, upon returning home from Afghanistan, repurposes his military skills to become a private investigator.
A charming rogue, an American hero and a die-hard Detroit Tigers fan, Magnum lives in a guest cottage on Robin’s Nest, the luxurious estate where he works as a security consultant to supplement his P.I. business.
The “majordomo” of the property is Juliet Higgins, a beautiful and commanding disavowed MI:6 agent whose second job is to keep Magnum in line, with the help of her two Dobermans.
When Magnum needs back up on a job, he turns to his trusted buddies and fellow POW survivors Theodore ‘TC’ Calvin, a former Marine chopper pilot who runs Island Hoppers, a helicopter tour business, and Orville “Rick” Wright, a former Marine door-gunner-turned-impresario of Oahu’s coolest nightclub and the most connected man on the island.
With keys to a vintage Ferrari in one hand, aviator sunglasses in the other, and an Old Düsseldorf longneck chilling in the fridge, Thomas Magnum is back on the case!

In any given year, more than 600,000 people are reported missing in the U.S. More than half that number are people of color that the country seems to forget about.
